概覽

落車 Alight GPS Reminder（「本 App」）以保護私隱為核心設計原則。本 App 不會向開發者或任何第三方收集、傳輸或分享任何個人資料。

位置資料

本 App 需要取用裝置位置（包括背景位置），目的僅限於計算你目前位置與目的地之間的距離。

位置資料完全在你的裝置上處理
位置資料不會傳輸至任何伺服器
除當前追蹤工作階段外，不儲存任何位置歷史紀錄
追蹤停止後，位置資料即時清除

背景位置僅在鬧鐘主動運行期間使用。本 App 申請「永遠允許」位置權限，是因為 iOS 要求此權限才能在鎖屏狀態下進行背景 GPS 追蹤。

已儲存目的地

你儲存的目的地使用 iOS UserDefaults 儲存於你的裝置本機。此資料不會離開你的裝置，開發者亦無法存取。

音效

背景音效（海浪聲／雨聲）在你的裝置本機播放。不會錄製、傳輸或儲存任何音訊資料。

通知

本機通知在裝置上生成，於接近目的地時提醒你。通知內容不會對外傳輸。

巴士站資料

本 App 使用香港政府開放數據 API（data.etabus.gov.hk、rt.data.gov.hk）取得巴士站資訊。搜尋查詢只用作取得站點座標，不包含任何個人識別資料。

分析及廣告

本 App 不包含分析框架、廣告 SDK、崩潰報告服務或任何第三方追蹤。

兒童私隱

本 App 不會故意收集 13 歲以下兒童的資料。

Overview

落車 Alight GPS Reminder ("the App") is designed with privacy as a core principle. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data with the developer or any third party.

Location Data

The App requires access to your device's location (including background location) solely to calculate the distance between your current position and your chosen destination.

Location data is processed entirely on your device
No location data is transmitted to any server
No location history is stored beyond the current active tracking session
When tracking stops, location data is discarded immediately

Background location is used only while an alarm is actively running. The App requests "Always Allow" permission because iOS requires this for background GPS tracking to function while your screen is locked.

Saved Destinations

Destinations you save are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to the developer.

Audio

Background audio (ocean waves / rain sounds) plays locally on your device. No audio data is recorded, transmitted, or stored.

Notifications

Local notifications are generated on-device to alert you when approaching your destination. No notification content is transmitted externally.

Bus Stop Data

The App uses Hong Kong Government Open Data APIs (data.etabus.gov.hk, rt.data.gov.hk) to retrieve bus stop information. Search queries are used only to fetch stop coordinates and contain no personal identifying information.

Analytics and Advertising

The App contains no analytics frameworks, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or third-party tracking of any kind.

Children's Privacy

The App does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
